Topic: «Common Performance Improvement Strategies of International Consulting Companies on Host and Home Markets During Pandemic Exemplified by PricewaterhouseCoopers» The object of this paper is common performance improvement strategies of international consulting companies. The subject of this paper is common performance improvement strategies of international consulting companies on host and home markets during pandemic. The goal of this work is to provide an understanding of what internal and external factors affect common performance improvement strategies of international consulting companies on host and home markets during pandemic and consider the most efficient strategies for companies' performance improvement. The case of the study is international company experience on host and home markets: PwC. The thesis includes an introduction, 3 chapters, two conclusions on the written chapters, a final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, poses the problem, goal and objectives of the research, determines the object, the subject of scientific research, formulates a hypothesis, sets the goal and objectives, indicates the methodological basis of the research, its theoretical, practical significance.
