Factors for Choosing Strategies for Russian IT Companies to Enter Foreign Markets

The paper describes the factors of IT companies ' entry into foreign markets. It is analyzed what factors influence the choice of strategy for entering foreign markets. The analysis was made on the basis of case analysis and literature research. The Russian IT market was evaluated for competitiveness. As a result, hypotheses were tested, which contributed to the development of recommendations that can help IT companies to successfully explore new markets.
