This work is devoted to the study of the impact of digitalization on business processes and competitive behavior of international companies using the example of conglomerates LVMH, Kering, Richemont. The relevance of the research topic is due to the active penetration of digital technologies into all spheres of life of modern society. Digitalization helps companies to quickly adapt to new trends and changes, respond to consumer demand, and streamline all business processes in order to optimize profits. The aim of this work is to analyze the impact of digitalization on the competitiveness of companies in the luxury market. The study identified the main digitalization tools for conglomerates LVMH, Kering, Richemont, and considered their development strategies.
