Factors Affecting Value Creation Through International Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions by Pharmaceutical Companies from BRICS

The master's thesis aims to research the factors influencing the value creation for pharmaceutical companies through M&A transactions in the BRICS countries. The author analyzes all the factors that increase the value of a company, considers theoretical and practical examples of mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry. Structurally, the work consists of three chapters, introduction, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter is devoted to the study of the theoretical aspects of international M&A transactions, value creation and the pharmaceutical industry in the BRICS countries, the second to the PEST analysis of the BRICS and case study, and the third to identifying specific factors influencing the creation of value through M&A, taking into account the specifics of the market and countries. The research presented in the last chapter aims to answer what factors managers need to pay attention to increase the company's value through M&A deals.
