The Neural Probability Calculator of the Electric Submersible Pump Installation Fails

The aim of the work is to develop a probabilistic calculator of failures of electric submersible pump installations. In the course of the work, an algorithm for obtaining a probable failure was developed, which includes a neural network model. The implementation of adding, read and storing data allows using neural networks to get the probability of failure. For the efficiency of the algorithm, neural networks of various structures and methods of training were implemented, and the results of the operation of these models were compared with each other. When entering the pump parameters at the current time, the program gives the value of the probability of failure. The developed program can be used by employees of an oil company.
