The main goal of this work is to simplify the teaching of digital signal processing for both sides of the educational process - students and teachers. During the research we have created an educational platform for learning signal processing techniques. As such platform, it was decided to create a mobile application based on the Android operating system. The paper discusses the tools necessary for the technical implementation of the platform, as well as making the theoretical content of the application. As planned, we have created a client-server application in which we implemented authentication for students, dividing into blocks in accordance with the curriculum of the subject "Methods of digital signal processing". Each block consists of a theoretical introduction to a specific topic and a test to check knowledge of the material covered. The paper contains 41 pages, 8 pictures and 8 applications.
