Single Window of MIEM

This paper describes the development of the ‘Single Window MIEM ‘ system, which is intended for students and staff of the MIEM faculty. This service helps the user find an answer to a request related to classrooms, schedules, laboratories, personal account, documents, and class records. The entry point to the system is a chatbot in the Zulip corporate messenger. The user's request is normalized and classified for redirection to the desired component. The classification algorithm is based on dictionaries of keywords. All incoming data from users is recorded in the database-in the log. Tables with the corresponding categories are also created, where the questions themselves and the answers to them are stored. The tables are filled up with requests and responses, and in subsequent requests, the service searches for the answer first in the database, otherwise it sends the question to the appropriate service. The user receives a processed response from the chatbot, and this is the end of the dialog. The work consists of 60 pages, including 75 illustrations and 3 table, 12 resources were used.
