ANNOTATION For the final qualification work (bachelor's work) The topic of the final qualification work: "The criminal procedure aspect of the use of scientific and technical means in the collection and verification of evidence". The work consists of an introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliographic list. The division of the material is determined by the set goal and the tasks to be solved. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is justified, a hypothesis is put forward, important structural elements are identified: the object and subject of the study, tasks and goals. The first chapter consists of two paragraphs and has a theoretical and methodological character. The first chapter defines the essence of the institute of scientific and technical means. The analysis is carried out from the point of view of The second chapter consists of three paragraphs, in which this institution is considered as a system. Legislative consolidation is analyzed, classifications of scientific and technical means are created. The third chapter consists of two paragraphs and has a multi-directional character. Since throughout the work the author identifies a number of problems related to the Institute of scientific and technical means, this chapter offers solutions to the problems posed. In conclusion, the analyzed material is summarized from the point of view of the implementation of goals and objectives, the main conclusions that were achieved in the work are given. The total volume of the work, including the list of used literature: 57 pages.
