The second half of XXth century is characterized by rise in popularity of analytic philosophy, which was heavily influenced by natural sciences and methodology of natural sciences. Russian theoretical jurisprudence has ignored this trend. This study reveals important points of intersection of natural sciences and theoretical jurisprudence, and proves the impotance of research in this field.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
