Corruption is a global problem that has accompanied humanity for many centuries. The phenomenon of corruption itself, its causes and consequences are well studied and new works on this topic are published annually. However, the question of qualitative measurement of the level of corruption remains open. Currently, there are quite a large number of indices and studies that aim to assess the level of corruption, but in recent years, more and more criticism of the approach used in such studies can be found. The limitations of the approaches used are also recognised by most authors of indexes and studies. This project does not aim to offer a new index, the goal of the project is to compile a database of corruption crimes for 52 countries in 3 regions - Europe, North and South America from 2010 to 2020. The database will reflect the various characteristics of these crimes, therefore, the collected database can be used to supplement existing indexes, create new ones, compile reports on the level of corruption in a particular country, as well as to create anti-corruption policies.
