The theme of the final qualifying work is "Protection of the image of a citizen in the Russian Federation". This research work is aimed at identifying and conducting a comprehensive analysis of the problematic aspects of the protection of the image of a citizen in the Russian civil legislation. The relevance of the research topic is explained by the lack of a comprehensive legal regulation of the protection of human images in the current civil legislation, as well as the lack of scientific works devoted to the methods of protecting images on the Internet, where the greatest number of violations is observed. As a result, the final qualification work is aimed at highlighting the fundamental legal aspects related to the protection of the image of a citizen in theory and in practice. The first chapter of the research paper reveals the theoretical and practical problematic aspects concerning the lack of a clear definition of the image in civil legislation and the form of expression of consent to its use by third parties. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the protection of images on the Internet, including modern aspects of the use of virtual images. In conclusion, the author concludes that the image of a citizen should be regulated more effectively by making changes to the Civil Code and special laws. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters divided into paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliographic list. The total volume of the work is 55 pages.
