Research of Quantum Electronics Products Dependability Mathematical Models

A review and analysis of the existing mathematical model of the failure rate of pulsed pump lamps with xenon filling is carried out in the Graduation work. The aim of the study is to reduce the number of failures of pulse pump lamps by improving the existing mathematical model. Improvement refers to the reduction of the error in calculating the reliability indicators. As a result of the work, a formula for calculating the base failure rate is obtained, the calculations for which have a lower error than for the existing formula. In further work, there is a reduction in the calculation error by a more in-depth analysis of the parameters of pulse pump lamps. The work contains 13 illustrations, 3 tables, and 16 sources of literature. The volume of work is 29 pages.
