he topic of the final qualification work: Features of the prosecutor's participation in the pre-trial stages of the criminal process: issues of procedural guidance over the course of the investigation of a criminal case and the effective organization of supervision over the preliminary investigation bodies. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliographic list. The division of the material is determined by the set goal and the tasks to be solved. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is justified, a hypothesis is put forward, important structural elements are identified: the object and subject of the study, tasks and goals. The first chapter consists of two paragraphs and has a historical and legal character . The chapter examines the process of formation and transformation of the institution of supervision of the prosecutor. The second chapter consists of two paragraphs that reveal the essence of the institution of supervision of the prosecutor in the process of initiating a criminal case. The third chapter consists of three paragraphs and is analytical in nature. The institute of preliminary investigation has a fundamental purpose, so the chapter examines the participation of the prosecutor in it. In conclusion, the analyzed material is summarized from the point of view of the implementation of goals and objectives, the main conclusions that were achieved in the work are given. The total volume of the work, including the list of used literature: 48 pages.
