The Concepts of "Constitution" and "Monarchy" in the Political Doctrine of A. I. Herzen (1847-1867)

The main goal of this work is to identify the meanings that the concepts of "constitution" and "monarchy" have in the political doctrine of A.I. Herzen. Achieving this goal requires an analysis of the historical and speech context in which Herzen used these concepts. Therefore, within the framework of this study, an analysis was made of the main political discussion of the 19th century. - discussions on the choice of the path of political development towards which Russia should be directed, and the position taken by Herzen in this discussion was determined. At the end of the study, the author's main conclusions are presented, which were formed on the basis of an analysis of the works of Herzen, as well as Bakunin, Chicherin, Aksakov, Melgunov, Proudhon, Blanqui.
