The study analyzed the corporate norms of professional communities using the example of regulation of the media, the legal community and the judiciary, which is often not given due attention in the scientific field, since it is often difficult to determine the boundaries that exist when regulating the activities of a particular association. In the course of the work, corporate acts were considered, which are designed to regulate the activities of professional communities in terms of compliance with the norms of ethics and morality, as well as the practice of extrajudicial bodies for considering corporate disputes.
