The Adoption of Ethical Standards in Economic Activities as a Condition for Its Effectiveness and Public Approval

This work is devoted to the study of the issue of the impact of business ethics on the economic and reputation performance of companies. The purpose of the work is to consider the current concepts of the functioning of business ethics, to raise the question of their relevance in the modern world. And also to identify the relationship between moral and, on the contrary, immoral business conduct on the level of investment attractiveness of the company and on other economic indicators. And also show which areas of business ethics influence the factor of their success. As a result of the research, I studied the works of modern economists, conducted research on the impact of recognition of the company's ethics on its market value, and proved the relationship of this process. In addition, the main methods of motivating individuals when choosing a model of behavior in business were identified, as well as the main sectors that should be paid attention to when trying to build a moral and moral business.
