Electrical measurements are essential in engineering studying. Nowadays it is relevant to create laboratories in an online approach. This paper discusses the process of developing a library of virtual instruments for simulating measuring instruments to make the process of creating laboratory stands faster. The study demonstrates the simulated library tools, laboratory instruments such as a power supply, multimeter, resistance decade box, functional generator, voltmeter and oscilloscope, the stands modeled from them and the operation of their work. There are 78 pages in the work, including 1 table and 63 figures. There are also 9 applications in the work.
