Educational Programme: Infocommunication Technologies and Systems (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2021

This work is carried out as part of the development of software to automate the calculation of the absorbed dose taking into account the design of the spacecraft. This program allows to estimate the values of the absorbed dose for the most critical parts of the structure of the spacecraft (SC), as well as for its entire model, which in the future will be the basis for determining the level of radiation resistance of the equipment and the entire unit as a whole. The paper deals with the issue of ensuring radiation protection of the spacecraft. A brief analysis of radiation sources in outer space and their existing methods of ensuring the protection of electrical radio products (ERP) from ionizing radiation is presented. The selected technologies for development are described, as well as the operation of the software itself, and a brief description of the experiment, the used spacecraft model and the results obtained is given. It also provides information on the possible prospects for the development of this software package. The total volume of work is 34 pages, including 7 pictures and 1 appendix.
