Student: Kokosian Aleksei

Supervisor: Anna A. Ivanova

Faculty: Faculty of Law

Educational Programme: Jurisprudence (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2021

This research aims to review the current state of business risk insurance agreement in Russian Federation. Although the literature on the topic is well-presented, most of the studies lack complexity and do not provide practical implications in specific spheres of business. Thus, by analyzing the legislation, doctrine and existing practice, the study seeks to fully describe the business risk insurance regulation, it’s specific features, and give suggestions for the future development of this institute. The results suggest that the business risk insurance agreement is unpopular at the moment, because of the faults of the insurance companies, but this can be changed. We hope that our findings will advance knowledge in the researched area and make further research easier.
