Digitalization of Healthcare in the Perm Krai with Modern Forms of Public-Private Partnership

The digitalization of healthcare develops especially actively in countries where public-private projects are used. Level of digitalization healthcare in Perm krai is one of the highest in the country. This is why public-private projects can improve the healthcare system. The purpose of the study is developing recommendations for the implementation of social impact projects in the digitalization of healthcare in Perm krai. The article focuses on identifying risks and opportunities for implementing public-private projects of social impact in the field of digitalization of healthcare. The scientific novelty of the work is the adaptation mechanism for the implementation of social impact projects in the field of digitalization of healthcare using the example of remote monitoring of the health status of pregnant women and patients with bronchial asthma. Results of the study are pilot projects of social impact, business processes of projects and the implementation process.
