Optimization of the Public Authorities Activities According to Project Management Principles

The paper presents a research of the practices of implementing the principles of project management in the activities of public authorities in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The study provides an overview of theoretical approaches to the organization of public administration processes. The research presents an analysis of the current state of project management in the system of regional administration. As a result of the study, recommendations were developed to improve project management and optimize the activities of regional public authorities in the Perm Region.
