This paper is devoted to the problem of arbitrability of corporate disputes and disputes from procurement. The work focuses on the study of the possibility of considering two types of disputes in arbitration. In accordance with the latest amendments, these types of disputes are arbitrable, but with a number of restrictions. A proper understanding of these legal provisions will help to avoid refusals to issue enforcement orders, as well as cancellations of arbitral awards. The main objectives of the study were to determine the types of corporate disputes and procurement disputes to be settled in arbitration, as well as to try to suggest possible problems that the parties will face when resolving the dispute in arbitration. In addition, our goal is to contribute to the popularization of arbitration as an alternative method of dispute resolution.
