The study examines the relationship between religion and entrepreneurial activity. In particular, the three main branches of Christianity are examined: Catholicism, Protestantism, and Orthodoxy. Research on this topic has shown that addiction exists. Religion influences the capital structure of companies, corporate behavior, as well as the motives and attitudes towards entrepreneurship. The main hypothesis being tested is the assumption that Protestant adherents are less likely to be entrepreneurial, while Catholics are more entrepreneurial. The empirical study was based on a regression analysis of panel data from 19 countries over 6 years. 4 models were built, the dependent variables were Fear of Failure Rate, High Status to Successful Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurship is a Good Career Choice, Total Entrepreneurial Activity. The results confirmed the hypotheses and fully correspond to the focus of early research. An important feature of this work is the fact of evaluating and comparing individual branches of Christianity, which is fundamentally new.
