Today, the Russian Federation pays great attention to youth policy, including the implementation of youth initiatives. This is evidenced by the Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 489-FZ "On youth policy in the Russian Federation." The forum campaign is one of the most popular and effective tools for the implementation of project activities and grant support to youth. Therefore, today the project activities of young people, which are aimed at the social policy of the state, are an integral part of every forum. However, due to the fact that this area of state youth policy is a relatively new phenomenon, there are a number of shortcomings, as well as there is no understanding of how to organize project activities with maximum efficiency for forum participants and state youth policy in general. To solve the existing problem, this work analyzed the organization of youth project activities, and identified the problems. As a result, recommendations were developed for improving the organization of project activities in the framework of youth forums, which should solve or minimize the problems of participants in the field of project activities. These recommendations can be applied in the work with youth by the Ministry of Tourism and Youth Policy of the Perm Territory.
