Digitalization of Business Processes of Companies With State Participation

This paper describes the process of digitalization of business processes at three enterprises with state participation from a related field: Gazprom, Transneft, LUKOIL. The work consists of an introduction, 3 main chapters, a conclusion and a bibliography. The first chapter provides an analysis of the subject area, considers the features of organizing activities with state participation and analyzes methods for assessing the digital maturity of companies. The second chapter contains an analysis of the business processes of companies with state participation undergoing digitalization and a description of the digitalization algorithm, taking into account the current level of process maturity of the companies in question. The third chapter provides the results of digitalization of selected business processes within the analyzed enterprises with state participation. In the conclusion, the conclusions on the work done are described.
