The work includes 136 pages and 346 sources used. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of affilation. The object of the research is the social relations connected with the legal regime of affilation. The subject of the research is the system of instruments based on legal norms, theory and legal precedents, which determine the peculiarities of the legal regime of affilation. The research is based on the method of dialectics, doctrinal and historical methods, theoretical approach, the comparative method and the legal practice. The study concludes of the detailed analysis of the pecularities of the legal regime of affilation in the Russian Federation based on legal norms, theory and legal precedents. The author frames the essence of the term "affiliation" and the system of features of affiliated persons, reveals aspects of affiliation in the Russian Federation, investigates the civil law sanctions of affiliated persons, examines the public consequences of affiliation on legal exposure, frames a number of legal reformations, which are necessary to develop the existing regime of affilation.
