Judicial Protection of the Rights and Interests of Minors in Civil Proceedings

This research aims to reveal how judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of a minor in civil proceedings is carried out. The work includes an introduction, three chapters with corresponding paragraphs, a conclusion, a bibliography. The introduction describes the relevance of the topic, as well as the goals and objectives of the study. This section defines both the theoretical and practical significance of the work. The introduction reflects the normative and empirical basis, as well as the scientific novelty of the research. The first chapter defines the theoretical aspects of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of minors, reflects the foundations of legal regulation and features of judicial protection in this area, as well as the specifics of the legal status of the analyzed subjects of legal relations in civil proceedings. The second chapter reveals the specifics of consideration and resolution of litigation using the example of cases, related to family legal relations. The features of various categories of cases within the framework of various stages of the civil procedure in the court of first instance are analyzed. Within the framework of the third chapter, attention is focused on the problems arising in the process of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of minors in modern civil proceedings and possible ways to improve legislation in this area. In conclusion as a result of a comprehensive review of the literature, judicial practice, legislation in the field of protecting the legitimate interests of minors in the framework of civil proceedings, the results of the study are determined and conclusions are formulated on the identified problematic aspects.
