A Source of Increased Danger in the Civil Law of the Russian Federation

The diploma project contains 62 pages of text. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the source of increased danger as a civil law institution, its individual characteristics, law enforcement practice and prospects for further development in Russia. The diploma work contains information on the formation of domestic legislation on the institution of a source of increased danger, the concept, essence and signs of a source of increased danger, classification of sources of increased danger, features of civil liability for harm caused by activities that create an increased danger to others, grounds for exemption from civil legal liability for harm caused by activities that create an increased danger to others, topical problems of law enforcement of legislation on liability for harm as a result of activities that create an increased danger to others.
