Relocation of Intellectual Property Objects in the EAEU Countries

The topic of the final qualifying work is " Relocation of Intellectual Property Objects in the EAEU Countries." The final qualifying work consists of: introduction, two chapters (six paragraphs), conclusion and bibliography. The total volume of work is 109 pages, incl. 3 tables. The list of sources used - 101 items. Key words: intellectual property, objects of intellectual property, goods containing objects of intellectual property, TRIPS, customs control, customs authorities, suspension of the release of goods. The object of this study is public relations associated with the movement of goods containing intellectual property objects across the customs border of the EAEU member states. The subject of this study is theoretical provisions that determine the legal regulation of goods in transit containing intellectual property in the EAEU member states, the legislation of these countries in the field under study, the practice of its application, as well as scientific developments in this and related areas. The purpose of this final qualification work is to study and analyze the current state of customs control of goods in transit containing intellectual property objects in the EAEU member states, in order to develop and offer practical recommendations for improving this mechanism and increasing its effectiveness. The first chapter, "The Concept of Intellectual Property Objects in the EAEU Member States", examines the history of the concept of "intellectual property" both in international and Russian law. A comparative legal analysis of intellectual property between the Russian Federation and the rest of the EAEU member states is being carried out. It also reveals the specifics of the movement of intellectual property objects in customs law. The second chapter "Customs regulation of the movement of goods containing intellectual property in the EAEU" defines the specifics of customs control in the field of intellectual property, identifies current problems and suggests ways to solve them. In addition, the article examines the features of measures of administrative and criminal liability as the main tools in the fight against counterfeit products. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals for eliminating the identified problems in the area under study.
