Year of Graduation: 2021

Today corporate education is on a rise, but there is still lack of highly qualified workers, creating a high demand with a low supply situation on the job market. The purpose of the project is to create modern digital product with an easy-to-use interface for medium and small businesses to educate their workers. To accomplish that I conducted research on human-computer interfaces, corporate education and online education. After that, I created high-fidelity prototype that could be used to develop an online education platform, with a focus on medium and small business’s needs. Main thesis of this research is that lack of highly qualified work force on the market could be solved with a digital product. To prove that, I will conduct user research and user testing, providing data for further improvement of platform in question.
