The research is a comprehensive analysis of possible unfair behavior of debtor and related creditors in Insolvency (bankruptcy) case, as well as a set of mechanisms for protecting rights and interests of bona fide creditors. For the first time, the paper attempts to classify possible types and forms of unfair behavior on such a basis as the persons who admit them, and also presents the features and main mechanisms for protecting the property rights of creditors, taking into account their real effectiveness.
