The Internet of Things is evolving at a rapid pace in all areas, and medicine is no exception. The hydrogen breath test is very widely used in medicine, in particular in gastroenterology, to detect various diseases. Based on the results obtained, it is possible to identify the correct diet for each person, in particular. Today it is safe to say that hydrogen is an antioxidant for our body and has a positive effect, unlike methane, which can be the source of various diseases.
