The changes taking place in the field of international taxation in Russia and worldwide have a significant impact on the structures of Russian groups involving foreign companies and assets. In today's realities, economic efficiency and return on investment require a comprehensive, targeted approach. Switzerland is one of the most attractive jurisdictions for investment activities including holding international companies. The implementation of investment activities in Russia and Switzerland shows the need for integration and unification of legal norms of investment legislation.
