This research mainly focuses on China's real estate supply-side reform, combining supply-side reform theory, real estate economics, industrial economics and other courses theories, through a large number of literature research and inductive analysis, combined with the current situation and problems of China's real estate market in 2016 and 2020 , to explore the path and impact of real estate supply-side reform.
