Licensing Regime of Business Activity

This research aims to elucidate the place of the one of the methods of government regulation and condition for the implementation of certain types of entrepreneurial activity, called licensing. The concept, meaning, purposes of licensing, procedures for issuance, registration and renewal, suspension, termination and revocation of a license, as well as licensing control are disclosed in the work. The special attention is paid to the problem aspects of the licensing system and issues of improving legislation in this sphere.
