Features of Employee Legal Regulation During Organization Bankruptcy Procedures

One of the most important social issues regarding insolvency constitutes the protection of rights and legitimate interests of employees and former employees of the insolvent firms. This work is dedicated to the comprehensive research into the regulation of labor relations in the firm's bankruptcy legal matter. Historical foundations and foreign experience were considered to evaluate the issue. The work provides suggestions on improving legislation and strengthening social partnership. The author substantiates that protection of employees' rights can be provided through a special guarantee mechanism.
