Web Application for Writing Therapy Practice

This research was conducted in order to develop a concept for a web application which could be used as simple and available tool which can help people manage psychological issues independently. The aim of the web application is to help individuals find a suitable writing practice which, based on their request and psychological condition, could be beneficial in their particular case and will provide all required guidelines to fulfil the practice. Before designing the interface of web application and creation of a clickable prototype, a research was carried out. The research helped develop a better understanding of the cultural background of writing therapy, examine the usefulness of texts as a tool to cope with traumatic experience and define the needs of potential users.
