The presented final qualifying work was carried out on the topic “Promotion of the Interests of Organizations in the activities of the Federal Executive Bodies: Constitutional and Legal Aspects”. The work structurally consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. This work is devoted to the analysis of public relations arising in the process of promoting the interests of organizations in the activities of federal executive bodies, identifying topical issues on this topic. In the final qualifying work, the labor of such famous scientists as A.S. Avtonomov, A.B. Belousov, A.P. Lyubimov, A.V. Pavroz, Z.R. Gadzhiev, V.V. Mushroom, Yu.A. Tikhomirov, P.A. Tolstykh, L.E. Ilyichev, M.A. Krasnov, S.V. Vasilieva, O. G. Rumyantsev, S.P. Sirotenko, T. Ya. Khabrieva, I.V. Chebykin, A.S. Sheryazov, A.N. Shokhin and others. The aim of the study is to study the existing organizational and legal forms of promoting the interests of organizations in the activities of federal executive bodies, to identify the features of the functioning of each form, as well as to create legal structures and a concept of law that will improve the legal regulation of the institution of promoting the interests of organizations. In the first chapter of the final qualifying work, the Legal regulation of promoting the interests of organizations in the activities of government bodies is considered. The essence of the concept of "promoting the interests of organizations" is revealed, the constitutional and legal foundations and the history of the development of this institution are analyzed. The second chapter analyzes the main legal forms of promoting the interests of organizations in the activities of federal executive bodies, a classification of such forms and technologies is carried out. The right of organizations to appeal, expert activities of organizations in councils and working groups are considered. Taken together, in the process of lawmaking, such forms as: public discussions, independent anti-corruption expertise, regulatory impact assessment are analyzed. Government relations is analyzed as a separate effective mechanism for promoting the interests of organizations. The final qualifying work is set out on 74 pages, using 97 sources.
