Legal Means of Intellectual Property Protection in Circulation of Drugs

The thesis is devoted to the problems of intellectual property protection in circulation of drugs. The thesis examines the key features of Russian legislation, judicial practice in the field of protecting the rights of patent holders both during state registration of drugs and in the field of their patent protection. Based on the results of the study, methods were proposed to improve the mechanisms for protecting exclusive rights in circulation of drugs.
