In this paper the objects of research are RFID-systems of the decimeter frequency range, as well as individual components of such systems: tags, readers and antennas. The electrodynamic characteristics of integrated planar antennas for RFID-tags are considered in the most detailed way. The aim of the study is to determine the changes in the radiation patterns and the main electrodynamic parameters of RFID-tag antennas at different periods of the meander structure and the substrate material, as well as to identify the best option of the proposed antennas for use in RFID-systems. In the process, we simulated antennas with different meander structure periods and different substrate materials. SWR, resistance, and gain graphs were plotted for all types of antennas, and flat and three-dimensional radiation patterns were obtained. The simulation was carried out in the program MMANA-GAL basic v3.0.0.31. The results of the work can serve as a basis for further research on the development and application of integrated planar antennas for RFID-tags.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.
