This work is devoted to the topical issue of development and the impact of the tertiary sector on the economy. In particular, the impact of the railway sector on the economic indicators of the Republic of Kazakhstan was considered. The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography and annexes. The study examined current theories, analyzed the railway industry in Kazakhstan and provided practical recommendations.
