The past and the future... Where is the border between events? Perhaps this is a convention or an integral and non-local concept that exists only in our imagination. The Event Horizons project is an attempt to find the border, to show its mobility and plasticity, the aesthetics of its tolerant and symbiotic essence. In this case, painting is a method and a search tool. Because painting is a link between the rational, logical - and intuitive, sensual. A series of still lifes will be created within the project. Each work presents a special picture of the cosmos, a certain world of artificial reality, where objects are in a conditional timeless space with a special system of violations. Thus, each painting reflects the uniqueness of all Event Horizons. Each work is a fusion of objects and sensations from the past and the future. Structural modern fashion coexists with amorphous wildfowls from Dutch still lifes; and beautiful flowers are covered with shiny bottles of expensive perfume. What is more alive and real? What is beautiful and what is disgusting? Can artificial coexist with natural? These questions lie at the heart of every painting.
