Antimonopoly Compliance Impacting Pharma Companies: Relevant Legal and Regulatory Issues

This Master's dissertation is devoted to the study of the application and normative consolidation of the functions of antimonopoly compliance in organizations-subjects of the pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze topical issues of legal regulation of antimonopoly compliance also in relation to the pharmaceutical industry. The dissertation focuses on the legal essence of compliance control, subject matter, method, and legal nature in general - the author analyzed the requirements of antimonopoly compliance in a comparative legal aspect. Separate paragraphs of the dissertation are devoted to the analysis of ways of possible improvement of compliance control in the system of ensuring the requirements of antimonopoly legislation in organizations-subjects of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as possible legislative initiatives to improve the mechanisms of antimonopoly compliance in Russia.
