The modern economy today is an economy of knowledge, competencies and networking. Such an active development of the economy is due to the creation of various technologies based on the processes of globalization and digital transformation. A key factor in the transformation of the economy is the formation of a digital culture. The growth of competitiveness among entrepreneurial structures, both in the domestic and foreign markets, stimulates the creation and development of a new model of economic development and interaction. Thus, today the main factor in the economic growth of national economies is the degree of digitalization of the economy. The new economic realities influenced not only business, but also government structures, bringing the bills that were previously only “in the plans” or only discussed on the sidelines at the highest level to the real implementation.
