This research is devoted to the analysis of the currently developing market for tutoring services, which are an integral part of education. Despite the fact that according to RBC, the private lessons market is now estimated at more than 100 billion rubles. (Sobolevskaya O., 2020), there are practically no studies of the price of tutoring services in Russia. The main goal of the work is to reveal significant determinants of the price of tutoring services in Perm (Russia) using a hedonic model of behavior in the service sector. The study looks at the effect of 15 determinants on the cost of tutoring. Based on the results of this work, tutors in the city of Perm can raise or lower their services based on the characteristics they have. Clients of these services determine the ratio of suitable services characteristics and prices of tutoring services. In addition, the study identifies possible questions for further study of this market.
