Manner and Subjects of Intersessional Independent Work of the Client in the Process of Psychological Counseling

The dissertation presents the the results of studying of the manner and subjects of independent work of the client between the sessions of psychological counseling. Analyzed the processes occurring within the framework of psychological counseling. Objects and ways of working to improve the quality of life in terms of self-integral work of the client are described. As part of the work, the researcher was responsible for the following questions: with which areas of the problem situation work clients in independent work work? What methods of action use customers in the process of independent work? Is there a stage of independent work of the client? What are the patterns of independent work of the client? The selection of the study was 51 people aged 18 years visiting psychologists-consultants of various theoretical schools. As a research method, a survey was chosen in the form of an author's questionnaire, which was based on a theoretical study, the author's model of independent work of the client and the category allocated during a pilot study dedicated to the independent work of the client between psychological consulting sessions. Objects are set out, groups of independent work, as well as their relationship. The obtained data can be used to increase the efficiency of psychotherapeutic work by taking into account the independent work of the client.
