The relevance of the chosen topic of visual research is due to serious changes caused by the acceleration of the pace of life in modern society. As part of the graduation project, the chosen topic of visual research allows formulating and applying a new trend in “health architecture” that meets the challenge of the global̆ epidemic. Visual research is aimed at identifying and analyzing additional style-forming factors that contribute to the formation of new "great styles". Initially, it was hypothesized that the topic of health in the middle of the 17th century becomes one of the circumstances that influences the formation of the aesthetic preferences of the era. Previously, this topic was considered only partially and did not attract due attention from art historians. In order to prove the validity of this provision, two subordinate hypotheses were formulated. One of them assumes a significant impact on the formation of modernist aesthetics and the idea of improving human health and protecting him from the threat of tuberculosis. When collecting and analyzing the material, it was found that not only the progress of construction technologies influenced the formation of a new grand style, but also the idea of creating a healthy human environment made a significant contribution. Further, the study reveals the assumption that the birth of the "big style" may in the future be formed under the influence of a global epidemic that has captured the whole world. However, it should be noted that this hypothesis will find its confirmation or refutation only in the future. Based on the study, it was revealed that such an inconspicuous factor as a disease has a significant impact on aesthetics and the formation of style. This visual study is distinguished by its relevance and relevance, as it is focused on achieving the latest scientific results that will contribute to solving practical problems in the field of design and reconstruction.
