The Relationship between Human Capital and the Economic Development of Russian Regions

The purpose of this study was to analyze the nature of the impact of human capital on economic development. For this purpose, previous research works were considered, the main components of human capital and the dependent variable were identified. The data is a panel for Russian regions for 2010-2018. It is assumed that a linear regression with fixed effects will show the positive impact of the components of human capital (education, science, innovation, labor productivity, etc.) on regional development (GRP).
