Smartphones have become everyday companions for a large number of people around the world. Users perform lots of actions using their devices from anywhere where there is an Internet connection, and this has led to the formation of different user habits. One of them is the fact that all the items and goods should be available for ordering via a smartphone. At the same time, markets have become more and more competitive, so all the companies invest in new products and market segment research. These theses are also relevant for the PVC windows market. This paper describes an Android application for the “Okna Service” company, which is engaged in the production, delivery, and installation of PVC windows. With this program, users will be able to get the preliminary cost of windows considering the selected options, place orders, pay for them and track statuses. One of the unique features of the application is the ability to roughly measure the dimensions of the window using the augmented reality functionality. It is also expected that this program will be especially useful for reseller companies that place orders weekly. Thus, this application will allow the “Okna Service” company to reduce costs and will also be able to attract new potential customers and provide a more convenient user experience, thereby providing a competitive advantage. The paper contains 69 pages, 3 chapters, 39 figures, 3 tables, 34 sources, 7 appendices. Keywords: Android application; PVC windows; augmented reality; clean architecture; Model-View-ViewModel; user experience, cost-cutting.
