Tourist and Recreational Activities Management in Speleological Monuments of the Perm Region

The study covers the problems in the field of management of speleological objects (caves), their equipment for further use as a tourist object, the organization of excursion and recreational activities in them, based on the analysis of the management of the oldest excursion cave in Russia, the Kungur Ice Cave. The first chapter describes the key issues of the theoretical framework: the experience of managing underground spaces in world and domestic practice, the specifics of the object under consideration, and possible types of activities. The second chapter analyzes the modern tourist and recreational use, the management system and the organizational structure of the Kungur cave, touches on the normative legal acts regulating excursion activities in it. The third chapter contains recommendations for improving the organization of tourist and recreational activities in speleological objects, and also illustrates the optimal management system for tourist and recreational activities in underground spaces, with possible transformation to suit the individual characteristics of the object. In conclusion, the results of the study are summarized, the main results are described.
